My previous experiences with Petbarn Wetherill Park have been great. The young man there is very well informed and helpful.
The prices are a little high, but there's a good range of products.
The young lady that served me on my last visit was not well informed and even said that Petbarn didn't stock liquid vitamins, while I was holding one in my hand waiting to pay. The other staff member I asked was better informed and more proactive and made the sale.
We went there with our pug to check out some halloween costumes for her and the staff were sooo sweet and lovely!!! We even got a super sturdy Transformers chew toy for her at a great price. Thank you lovely staff of Petbarn! 🥰💖🥰💖 …

I arrived 25 minutes before closing and the register lady took her sweet time serving the customer infront of me and when it was my turn she goes we closing in 10 min I’m not serving you , disgusting behaviour not going here anymore even tho I’m a loyal customer and I always shop there

The customer service on Thursday evening was PHENOMENAL, was 100% truthful to me when choosing out a product which would best suit my pet which was heart-warming to say the least. The attendant who served me was so helpful me with the products as well. All of the team Members were so friendly as well, excellent customer service from this store!
My first time going into a pet store, a lovely staff member named Jess, helped me she was amazing. So helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and not at all judgy about my lack of knowledge. She explained different options to me without being pushy. Great first experience shopping for my new puppy, will definitely be my regular store.
